Christian Founded Terms and Conditions

Application

  • Applicants are responsible for providing correct business names, and most importantly a valid primary email address where all application related correspondence can be sent

  • Should you be submitting an application on behalf of a third party, both you and the party for whom the application is being submitted are obligated to adhere to these terms and conditions

  • The applicant confirms to Christian Founded that their submission does not violate the intellectual property rights of any other party

  • Upon submitting an online application, the Applicant consents to the use of their product images and information for promotional purposes, including on our website and other marketing materials

Conditions & requirements for entry​

  • Christian Founded reserves the right to accept or reject applications

  • There is no entry fee to apply to use the Christian Founded logo

  • Applicants may enter as many businesses as they wish with each new application form

Outcome

  • Outcomes will be sent as an email alert from hello@christlitbookaward.com 

  • There is no obligation for applicants to move forward with the purchase of the logo

  • Cost of winning packages is per book in each category entered unless previously agreed with CEO, Louise Jane

  • Any business for which the package fee has not been received by the end of the invoice agreement will forfeit its outcome and in result are no longer authorised to use the Christian Founded seal in any capacity

  • Evaluator feedback is the property of Christian Founded and there is no obligation to share it with applicants

  • Evaluator identities will be kept anonymous

Seal

  • Winners must have purchased a package for the Global Rights to use the Christian Founded seal on product packaging, websites, social media and for any other marketing and promotional purposes. *Digital seals will be sent via email, the licence is good for the life of your business, there are no renewal fees

  • Winners can change the size of the seal to suit their needs, but are not authorised to alter the colour or font of the seal

  • If the business ethos changes the seal MUST be removed

Disputes

  • The decision of the Evaluation Team, Head Evaluator and the CEO is final and Christian Founded will not enter into any correspondence about decisions made

  • By submitting an application, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions
